The Southern Counties East Football League released its fixtures for the forthcoming 2019/20 season this morning.
Lordswood begin with a tricky looking opening match at home to Glebe on Saturday 3rd August. Glebe have been making some big signings over the summer and will provide a stern test to Darren Anslow in his first competitive match at Martyn Grove.
The Emirates FA Cup tie at home to Steyning Town follows on Saturday 10th, with a trip to Erith Town on the 17th. There is midweek action at the Grove on Tuesday 20th when Punjab United make the trip from Gravesend.
There is potentially a game on Saturday 24th. Ramsgate at home will be the opponents should we beat Steyning, otherwise it is possible that an alternative league game will be arranged.
We finish August with two away games. Firstly the short trip to Gillingham to face Hollands & Blair on Bank Holiday Monday (26th), followed by a trip to Brighton to play Saltdean United in the Buildbase FA Vase on Saturday 31st
